Fun anime/cyberpunk/psychic-combat style action film. Borrows **VERY** heavily from GitS, but I won't fault it too much for that since the film is somewhat self-aware and doesn't take itself too seriously. The acting is of course, over the top and ridiculous, but it fits with the overall tone. Pacing is good with little downtime. They cram a lot of content into the hour and ten minute runtime.
