Reviews

Solid enough drama-horror-thriller features great performances from both Willa Fitzgerald and Kyle Gallner, and impressive cinematography by Giovanni Ribisi making his feature film debut in the role. Dialogue is pretty strong and liked the non-linear storytelling. Can't say it'll have a lasting impression on me but still well worth checking out. **3.5/5**

This movie was phenomenal! I thought it was incredible and unpredictable. Strange Darling was the first movie I've watched in a year or two where I was completely surprised and couldn't wait to finish! The acting was incredible and the writing matched as well. I recommend this movie to anyone who wants to watch a very clever story. I won't say anymore so I don't spoil it for you :) **10 out of
After watching "Strange Darling," directed by J.T. Mollner, I found it to be a fascinating experience. The film's use of non-linear chapter framing was intriguing and innovative, showcasing Mollner's talent for delivering the emotional depth of each scene. He adeptly balanced the timeline with the message each chapter conveyed. However, the plot lacked direction at times, diverging into uninten

On the other hand, though, when all is said and done I think I did get a good amount of entertainment from it. I don'

Well across the next ninety minutes, and via six chapters and an epilogue, we are told the story of just how we got here. Except, the episodes are not shown to us in numerical order and this isn't the end. It's not really the beginning of the end, but maybe the end of th
Ending my day with one last movie, I stumbled upon a film titled "Strange Darling." A psychological thriller revolving around a mass serial killer, I had no prior knowledge of its storyline. Without watching a trailer or reading a description, I decided to dive right in. As the movie unfolded, I found myself completely absorbed in its narrative. The plot kept me on my toes, constantly questioni
