"Altered" isn't your typical sci fi action thriller. The idea of a less than heroic protagonist, taking on a dystopian eugenics based state, is a little different. The concept "sort of" works but would have been better with a more focused script, combined with some extra polish, particularity in the rather clumsy, action scenes.
