The Crucifixion is a very generic Horror film that doesn't really do anything well in particular. The movie is a weird mishmash of styles, with rural Romanian towns being presented as almost medieval but with interiors from 1940. The main characters drive modern cars but still use flip phones. If I'm being quite honest, _The_ _Crucifixion_ is actually shot quite well.
