I suppose the real thing to take away from this is just hard it can be for folks to make a living running a small fishing boat. Thereafter it's a bland family drama about two half brothers caught up in a drug smuggling caper as they desperately try to keep their business afloat by picking up drugs that have been deposited out at sea and bringing them ashore.
