Sinopse

When a dismembered hand is found in a city pond, maverick cop Rembrandt Macy is drawn into a chilling investigation. Yeah, it's a B-Movie. It stinks of B-Movie. It's a neo-noir sort of trope filled strip club obsessed cop movie... ... but it is an entertaining one. It is surprisingly well acted Even after the opening shoot out you could almost feel Berringer on the brink of a heart attack.
