In a nutshell - a girl in a backwater American town uses her deadly pets - tarantulas - as her instrument of vengeance on any who piss her off. That includes just about everyone except dear old dad (who makes/sells coffins!). It's pretty variable drive-in fayre though the ending did inject a tiny bit of suspense for a few minutes.
