The movie takes place during the time John is still trying to deal with the news of his impending death, and going through treatment options of his cancer. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. That's what "Kramer" (Tobin Bell) ought to have thought when he was presented with a miracle cure for his terminal cancer by "Cecilia" (Synnøve Macody Lund) for a mere $250k. Anyway, off he goes to Mexico and then quickly discovers that it was all a con. A really cynical con at that, and so he decides that some gruesome revenge is due on the te
