Vince "V.P." Oliver (6'3", 195 lbs.) is an American actor, best known for his recurring role as Jimmy Harrison in Aaron Spelling's late 90s soap opera "Sunset Beach." Oliver is a native Californian and attended Loyola High School in Inglewood (class of 2004) and the University of California at Davis (B.S. Human Development, 2009), including four years of varsity college basketball as a starting guard for the Aggies with over 1,500 career points scored.
