Robert Baxter is an Australian actor. Baxter was first seen onscreen in the 1977 movie The F.J. Holden. He played a policeman, a role he was to reprise many times during his career. Between 1979-1983 he played Petty Officer 'Swain' Reynolds on the TV series Patrol Boat.
