Rif Hutton (born November 28, 1962) is an American actor. He appeared in several soap operas and television guest roles before landing recurring roles as Dr. Ron Welch in the comedy-drama series Doogie Howser, M.D. (1990 - 1993) and as Lt. Cmdr.
