Villu Tamme (born November 2, 1963) is the lead singer, guitarist and crossword puzzle maker of the band J.M.K.E. As a colorful punk musician during the Estonian revival before independence and as the lead singer of the band J.M.K.E., which has been practicing punk rock since 1986, he was nicknamed "Punkar Villu".
