Jean-François Bernard (born 2 May 1962) is a French former professional road bicycle racer. He turned professional in 1984 for La Vie Claire, led by Bernard Hinault. He was seen as Hinault’s successor as a winner of stage races from 1986. He competed in the team time trial event at the 1984 Summer Olympics.
