Jad Elias Isaac is a Palestinian educator and researcher. He has been the Director General of the Applied Research Institute-Jerusalem since 1991. He was educated at Cairo University, Rutgers University, and the University of East Anglia. Isaac was previously Dean of Science at Bethlehem University.
